Standard shipping, with the exception of special promotional initiatives, at a cost of € 15 and is free for orders over € 150.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Orders are shipped by Buti Pelletterie from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 17.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
For shipments to Italy, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican State, we can respond to special delivery needs: express shipping within 24 hours, delivery to the hotel, any changes of address.

Ordinary delivery times - in Italy, in the Republic of San Marino and in the Vatican State - can be from 1 to 3 working days.
Orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery in case of holidays: 1st January, 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December, 26th December.
There may be delays due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Buti Pelletterie from which the company declines all responsibility.
For shipments to Europe, delivery times vary from 3-5 days.
For shipments to America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, delivery times vary from 5-8 days.
If the customs withholds the package for checks, the delivery may take a longer time, beyond the control of Buti Pelletterie.
As required by law, shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value in Euros of each item. For products on sale, the invoice shows the amounts already discounted.
TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT
To check the traceability of the shipment, Buti Pelletterie sends an email once the order has been shipped, with tracking number and relative link to monitor the progress of the shipment directly on the couriers' website: dhl or fedex or Gls.
When the goods arrive, customers are invited to inspect the package before signing for the delivery. The Buti Pelletterie packages are packed with care: if the package is tampered with or damaged, we recommend that you sign for the “conditional receipt” by the courier.

In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and / or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following costs: shipment of goods + return of goods + customs for return and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded net of the aforementioned deductions and expenses
Buti Pelletterie shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage, until the goods arrive at their destination. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
The prices expressed on the site for all countries (including the USA, Canada, Japan, China, South Korea) are ALL INCLUSIVE, i.e. inclusive of taxes and customs duties. Therefore, no amount of money must be paid when collecting the package.
