Once the order has been sent, Buti will send an order confirmation email as soon as possible. The Seller may not accept the purchase order proposals which do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. Where the products covered by the order are not available for independent causes to Buti's conduct, the latter will promptly notify the customer. In this case, there will be no obligation for Buti to deliver the goods ordered. In any case, if the products ordered are not available, Buti will reimburse the customer, in any case, for any sum already paid.

It is understood that with the electronic transmission of the order proposal, the buyer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.
