NOTES ON RETURN

The customer has the right to withdraw pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code") from any order that concerns Buti products, without giving any reason and with any declaration, as long as explicit, delivered to Buti Italia srl within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The customer who intends to return the purchased products can use the "transport document and the return label" placed inside the package sent by Buti srl. Please always use the return label provided by Buti Italia srl in order to avoid unnecessary additional shipping costs.

THE COST OF THE RETURN IS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

For the return, the customer must use the documents suppliers by Buti srl and ship the goods from the country where the delivery took place. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

WITHDRAWAL TIMES

The withdrawal period (14 days) starts from the moment the goods are received. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order, and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of every single asset.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send written and explicit communication of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract and therefore to return the purchased goods within 3 days following the communication, with request a refund of the price paid, to Buti Italia srl at one of the following addresses : by means of a return receipt to the address Via Spagna, 3 - 56032 Cascine di Buti (Pisa), Italy, or by fax to the number +39 0587725150, or by email to the address info@butipelletterie.com.

Buti will immediately send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal to the email address provided by the customer. The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day term starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of each good ordered.

Following the withdrawal from the product purchase contract, Buti Italia srl will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, with except for the cost of return and any additional costs of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of return shipment different from the standard one offered by Buti Italia srl, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Buti Italia srl receive the bag in their physical shop in same new condition like when it was shipped to the client. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase phase, unless otherwise established. Reimbursement may be suspended until Buti Italia srl receives the products subject to return or until demonstration by part of the customer of the shipment of these goods, if previous.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

The products must be returned:

- Properly packed in their original packaging, equipped with a disposable identification seal, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense and care, replace it in order to be able to return the Buti products.

- Equipped with the transport document, present in the original packaging together with the return label that must be used for shipping, in order to allow Buti to identify the customer and the returned product (order number, name, surname and address); The "transport document" must therefore be included in the shipping package of the product that the customer intends to return to Buti Italia srl, and in the absence of it, the seller reserves the right to return the price paid. In case of loss of the transport document, this can be requested from Buti Italia srl by e-mail at info@butipelletterie.com.

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective with the right of  Buti Italia srl to refuse the refund of the price paid by the customer.

General Conditions of Sale (GCS) for purchases made online on the website shop.butipelletterie.com Buti Italia srl, Via Spagna, 3 - 56032 Cascine di Buti (Pisa), fax +39 0587725150 invites users to read these General Conditions of Sale ("GCS") which regulate the purchase of products and the management of orders placed on the site.

COMMERCIAL POLICY

Buti srl products are offered for sale on the website shop.butipelletterie.com

The Seller carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who have reached the age of majority and who are "consumers". By consumer we mean any physical person who acts with purposes not related to his commercial, business or professional activity, possibly carried out.

In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to accept purchase order proposals from subjects other than the "consumer" or in any case purchase order proposals that do not comply with its commercial policy, such as, for example , proposals for orders for which there is a report, or the suspicion, of fraudulent or illegal activities. In such cases, the Seller will notify the user of the non-acceptance of the order proposal.

All order proposals sent to the Seller and returns made by users must also correspond to normal consumption needs. The Seller therefore monitors the number of order proposals sent and returns made.

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the sending of purchase order proposals for products available on butipelletterie.com by the user and their acceptance by the Seller.

The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller who are present on butipelletterie.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from subjects other than the Seller, we advise you to check their conditions of sale, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of electronic commercebetween users of butipelletterie.com and third parties.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS.

Each order placed on shop.butipelletterie.com implies the conclusion of a sales contract in Italian. Having an order for a Buti product, a contract is concluded between the buyer and the company Buti Italia srl.

By clicking on the "add to cart" button, the customer makes an order reservation for the selected object which will be transferred to the virtual cart. The order is considered made and binding only upon confirmation of the order by clicking on the "proceed with checkout" button and completing the payment procedure with the insertion of all the data required for shipping. Once the order has been sent, Buti will send an order confirmation email as soon as possible. The sales contract is concluded between Buti and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any order confirmation as indicated in this paragraph, the relative order must be considered rejected by Buti and, therefore, without effects.

The Seller may not accept the purchase order proposals which do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. Where the products covered by the order are not available for independent causes to Buti's conduct, the latter will promptly notify the customer. In this case, there will be no obligation for Buti to deliver the goods ordered. In any case, if the products ordered are not available, Buti will reimburse the customer, in any case, for any sum already paid.

It is understood that with the electronic transmission of the order proposal, the buyer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.

PRICES

The price of the product is indicated in the product sheet. However, product prices may be subject to updates. It is therefore advisable to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order proposal and check the price of the product at the time of checkout. In the event that there should be a recognizable error in the indication - by Buti pelletterie - of the price of a product or in the calculation of the amount requested in payment, Buti will not accept the order proposal and will contact the user for the purpose to offer the opportunity to transmit the purchase order proposal of the product (s) at the correct price. The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and duties foreseen in the billing country.

APPLICABLE LAW

Without prejudice to the application of mandatory European derivation rules to protect the consumer, the General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code and by the Legislative Decree of 9 April 2003, n. 70 ("Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce").

In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the Seller guarantees, as of now, the full adhesion and acceptance of the RisolviOnline conciliation service. For all disputes relating to the purchase and / or these General Conditions of Sale, the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer will be competent according to the applicable law or, at the choice of the consumer himself, the Court of Pisa.

MODIFICATION AND UPDATING

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time by the Seller also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on butipelletterie.com
